These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phjewell ("phjewell," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phjewell online casino platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services available at phjewell.net (the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion offered by phjewell, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the phjewell Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the phjewell Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling;
• You must be a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity;
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law;
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by phjewell or any affiliated gaming operator;
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of phjewell, or an immediate family member of any such person;
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

phjewell reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phjewell may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

To access real-money gaming features on the phjewell Platform, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all phjewell accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one phjewell account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.
• Accurate information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. phjewell is not responsible for any consequences arising from inaccurate registration information provided by you.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phjewell username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phjewell will never ask for your password through any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.
• Notification of unauthorized access: You must notify phjewell immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. phjewell will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
• Account non-transferability: phjewell accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any rights associated with it to any other person.

phjewell reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

phjewell is required to conduct identity verification ("KYC") procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering laws and PAGCOR regulations. By registering an account, you consent to phjewell collecting, processing, and verifying your personal information for KYC purposes.

phjewell may request the following documents at any stage of your account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or at any time phjewell deems necessary:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, PhilSys national ID);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, barangay certificate);
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name and mobile number);
• Source of funds declaration, where required by applicable regulations or internal risk assessment.

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is completed to phjewell's satisfaction. phjewell reserves the right to suspend account activity and withhold funds pending the completion of KYC procedures. Documents submitted for KYC purposes are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

phjewell accepts deposits via the following payment methods, subject to availability and applicable limits:

• GCash and PayMaya (Maya) e-wallets;
• Online banking via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other participating Philippine banks;
• Other payment methods as displayed on the phjewell deposit page from time to time.

The following conditions apply to all deposits made to your phjewell account:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100, unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion;
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited;
• phjewell does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees;
• Deposits are credited to your phjewell wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion fees may apply for deposits made in other currencies;
• phjewell reserves the right to reverse a deposit and return funds to the originating payment method if the deposit is suspected to be fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

Players may request withdrawals of real-money funds from their phjewell account subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the details on your phjewell account;
• Standard withdrawal processing time is 5–15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya; bank transfers may take up to one (1) business day;
• phjewell does not charge fees on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees;
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal;
• phjewell reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times.

phjewell reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, phjewell will notify the player and may request additional documentation.

phjewell offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion terms;
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live dealer games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution rates are specified in individual promotion terms;
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not met within the specified validity period will expire and be forfeited automatically;
• One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your phjewell account at any given time;
• Abuse prevention: phjewell reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to exploit bonus terms, or any other conduct that phjewell determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion;
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus: Certain bonuses may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap on winnings derived from bonus funds. This cap, where applicable, will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

All games available on the phjewell Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• All phjewell games use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer systems that have been independently tested and verified for fairness;
• Published return-to-player (RTP) rates are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes;
• In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on phjewell's servers, the server record shall be the definitive record;
• phjewell reserves the right to void any game round or wager where a technical malfunction, software error, or human error has materially affected the outcome;
• Winnings resulting from a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, incorrect game configurations, or software bugs — will be voided and any associated funds removed from player accounts.

phjewell does not permit the use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phjewell Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity through the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to phjewell;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the phjewell Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phjewell staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

phjewell reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider;
• Player request for self-exclusion under phjewell's Responsible Gaming policy;
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a breach of these Terms, phjewell reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, phjewell may forfeit the balance in accordance with applicable regulations. Where no breach is confirmed, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their phjewell account may do so by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours.

phjewell is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing a safe gaming environment for all players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful for some individuals, and we take our duty of care seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all phjewell players through the account dashboard:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phjewell account;
• Loss limits: Set limits on the amount you can lose within a specified period;
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of continuous play;
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a period of your choosing (24 hours to 6 weeks);
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the phjewell Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irrevocable for the minimum exclusion period selected.

All content on the phjewell Platform, including but not limited to the phjewell name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of phjewell or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phjewell Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any phjewell content without prior written consent;
• Use the phjewell name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation;
• Create derivative works based on phjewell content;
• Use phjewell content for any commercial purpose.

Any unauthorized use of phjewell intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by phjewell.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, phjewell shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, server downtime, or interruptions to the Platform;
• Losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable security precautions;
• Losses resulting from your reliance on information provided on the Platform;
• Any indirect or consequential loss arising from the suspension or termination of your account in accordance with these Terms.

phjewell's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phjewell account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit phjewell's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phjewell collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering a phjewell account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phjewell will not sell your personal data to third parties. Your data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law or necessary to provide the phjewell service.

phjewell reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, phjewell will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the phjewell Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and phjewell, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. phjewell is committed to resolving player complaints fairly and promptly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority. phjewell cooperates fully with all regulatory investigations and dispute resolution processes.

Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
